Loco | Senior Capstone 2024


LOCO (CRAZY) is a campaign that focuses on the lack of expressing due to the barrier of
language and communicating about mental health in hispanic households. Mental health is a
very serious topic, but at times in hispanic households, it is non existential through fear of being
weak and vulnerable. Through the LOCO campaign I aim to introduce, explain and create a
learning experience platform that will hopefully help hispanic families address and acknowledge
each other on what they are or have been mentally suffering with. The title for this campaign is
to raise concerns of why is she naming her project LOCO which will then attract the audience
I intend to grab. Through the use of a poster series, an app, and and interactive installation,
I will teach and educate my community to not be afraid of speaking up.
